Our Women in Digital Infrastructure video series will run throughout Women’s History Month, featuring exclusive JSA TV interviews with inspiring women from across the ecosystem.
What to Expect
Each 3-5 minute interview gives guests a platform to share their personal journeys—how they got into digital infrastructure, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the wisdom they want to pass on to the next generation. Every guest answers two key questions:
- What inspired you to pursue a career in digital infrastructure, and what has your journey been like so far?
- What advice would you give to the next generation of women looking to break into and lead in the industry?
And, for a fun twist, we’re asking each guest to describe the digital infrastructure industry in just one word.
Why This Matters
The digital infrastructure industry is evolving fast, and women are playing a bigger role than ever before. From engineering and operations to leadership and strategy, women are making their mark in what has traditionally been a male-dominated space. The shift is happening, and it’s exciting to see more women taking on influential roles, driving innovation, and reshaping the industry’s future.
Despite progress, there’s still work to be done. Women remain underrepresented in many tech and infrastructure roles, which is why hearing real stories from successful industry leaders is so important. These conversations can help break down barriers, inspire confidence, and show that there’s a place for everyone in digital infrastructure.
