Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a leader in communications infrastructure solutions, has promoted Jeff Sobotka to Senior Vice President. Sobotka will continue driving government and public affairs initiatives in this expanded role while strengthening relationships with federal, state, and local entities to advance Vivacity’s strategic goals.

Since joining Vivacity Infrastructure Group in 2023 as Vice President of Government, Sobotka has fostered government and municipal partnerships to expand connectivity nationwide. Before joining Vivacity Infrastructure Group, he served as State Broadband Director at the Arizona Commerce Authority and led the creation of the Arizona Broadband Statewide Middle-Mile Strategic Plan. Through his leadership, he has helped to connect more than 300,000 Arizona families to the Affordable Connectivity Program, positioning the state among the top 10 nationally in enrollment.
